Ideally suited for a wide variety of railway application, Primix crossties can be formulated for heavy axle load, high-speed passenger, short line, commuter, subway, electric or diesel powered, and can be used with all rail-fastening systems. The reclaimed rubber and plastic design perform equally in hot, cold, wet or dry and in regions with high humidity. The rubber/plastic-encapsulated crosstie is resistant to chemical spills and is impervious to insect infestation.
